Filming Requests

Per policy, any filming on Loma Lind University Health (LLUH) property or involving an LLUH representative (on or off campus) needs to be reviewed, approved, and supervised by our public relations department. Submit your request using the form below at least four weeks before you plan to film.

All requests are reviewed by LLUH leadership, legal, and public relations. We do our best to respond to submissions within 48 hours. Once approved, a member of the PR team will help coordinate filming, including schedules, locations, and any needed consent forms or location agreements.
