Representatives from Farmer Boys presented a check for $150,000 to Loma Linda University Children’s Hospital (LLUCH) on Monday, December 10. The funds were raised at participating California locations through in-store customer donations, team member fundraising efforts, and corporate donations during the restaurant’s 18th annual fundraiser for the hospital.
“With the support of our guests, restaurant owners, and team members, Farmer Boys is proud to once again assist in supporting this nationally recognized Children’s hospital,” said Larry Rusinko, VP and Chief Marketing Officer of Farmer Boys. “Partnering with Loma Linda University Children’s Hospital is a way for us to give back to our community while focusing on children’s health and happiness.”
This is the highest amount raised by Farmer Boys and its guests in a single fundraiser since the restaurant began partnering with the hospital in 2000, bringing the 18-year total to nearly $870,000.
Every dollar collected will go toward Vision 2020 – The Campaign for a Whole Tomorrow, and construction of the new Children’s Hospital tower, helping to provide world-class clinical care and outreach programs to children in the Inland Empire.
