During the visit, the dealership also presented a $25,000 donation to Blood Cancer United to support programs and services for individuals and families affected by blood cancers.
Hello Subaru of Temecula continued the effort by delivering blankets, care kits, and messages of hope to patients at Loma Linda University Medical Center – Murrieta.
The annual initiative helps provide comfort to patients undergoing cancer treatment, who often experience increased sensitivity to cold regardless of the season. Through its partnership with Blood Cancer United, Subaru retailers nationwide also support pediatric and young adult blood cancer patients with financial assistance for non-medical expenses such as transportation, housing, food, and utilities.
Local Subaru retailers have supported Loma Linda University Health hospitals through the Subaru Loves to Care program since 2016, providing blankets, care kits, and encouragement to patients across the health system.
