Patient care

Becker’s Hospital Review has recognized Loma Linda University Health by placing it on the 2024 list of 150 top places to work in healthcare in the nation.

The healthcare organizations featured on the list are top-tier employers who assist in teammates' professional and personal development, offer wellness benefits that address whole-person health, and provide opportunities to give back to the community. The 2024 list also celebrates healthcare institutions that promote diversity in the workplace, offer a healthy work-life balance, and enhance employee engagement.

“Our consistent inclusion in this nationwide list speaks to the environment we have established for our employees to deliver world-class care and teaching every day,” said Richard Hart, MD, DrPH, president of Loma Linda University Health. “This is a fitting recognition for our team members and the setting they create for each other to work in the beautiful Inland Empire region of Southern California.”

Loma Linda University Health is a non-profit, faith-based institution comprising six hospitals, a large faculty practice group, eight professional schools, and a healthcare technical career college.
