Children's Hospital has been honored as one of America's Best Maternity Hospitals 2024 by Newsweek in partnership with Statista Inc., recognizing the facility for excelling in providing care to mothers, newborns, and their families. The recognition was based on a nationwide survey of medical professionals, key performance indicators, and patient survey results.

Loma Linda University Health provides moms and babies comprehensive pregnancy, labor, and delivery care in a service area covering 25% of California.
Children's Hospital delivers quality and compassionate maternity care in the San Manuel Maternity Pavilion, which opened in August 2021. The hospital provides comprehensive labor and delivery services with a delivery rate exceeding 4,000 babies each year. It is equipped to handle low-risk and high-risk births with specially designed operating rooms, including C-section facilities and a Level IV neonatal intensive care unit (NICU).
