Fair
Community members of all ages took a few hours out of their weekend on Sunday, October 28, to focus on health, wellness, family and fun. The Family Health Fair and 5K run were hosted at the Drayson Center by Loma Linda University Health.

Approximately 1,500 people took advantage of the free services offered at the health fair, and around 750 people participated in the 5K with their friends and family.

The fair hosted a variety of health screenings and educational opportunities, including dental screenings, grip and balance tests, child safety education, stress management tips, CPR training, stroke awareness education, cancer screenings, chair massages and much more. In preparation for flu season, 611 people received their free flu vaccinations. There were also healthy foods available like vegetable wraps and smoothies. Kids were able to spend their time in the outdoor fun zone with a giant climbing wall, a bounce house, face painting and a photo booth.
