LLUH Ranked as One of America’s Best Employers for Healthcare Professionals

Loma Linda University Health is one of 250 healthcare organizations recognized nationwide on Forbes Magazine’s first-ever ranking of America’s Best Employers for Healthcare Professionals. LLUH is one of only 15 California organizations honored.

The top organizations on the 2025 Forbes list were identified after a three-year independent survey that sampled more than 17,000 employees working for healthcare and social welfare providers employing at least 1,000 people within the US. Survey questions covered topics including salary, company culture, working conditions, safety, professional growth opportunities, and other aspects essential to a wide range of healthcare professionals. The three-year process allowed Forbes to identify those organizations that consistently provide outstanding workplaces for their employees. More than 300,000 employer evaluations were considered in the final ranking.
